This place was awesome. The staff took delivery of a birthday cake for me before arriving and the communication was great. I got birthday package as an extra and they decorated the room before arriving also. My girlfriend was over the moon thanks. One thing about the service is our room was not cleaned once in the 3 days I was there so had no fresh towels for the pool which I used a lot.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was spot on. Every single member of staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, nothing felt forced, just real and kind service. The room was huge and beautifully designed, with stairs leading up to our own private pool overlooking the river and skyline — unreal views, especially at sunset. It felt exclusive, peaceful, and very luxurious also very clean. Food and drinks were top tier — creative, fresh, and consistently delicious (the cocktails were a highlight). Everything we tried hit the mark. Security was excellent throughout the hotel, which made us feel very safe and relaxed at all times. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in every way. It honestly deserves a higher rating than it has. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Bangkok. Thank you for everything! Special thank you to Tong 👏🏻
