I choose this hotel because they have single bed room for solo traveller. The room is clean and the toilet is compact. Don't expect separation for wet/dry, but still ok for me. The staff is friendly, the location is close to pratunam night market & sevel next door. It just the main road was on construction when I stay in Feb 2026 so it's always jammed traffic before reach the hotel.Thankfullyt the room was quiet since it tucked inside

I had a really great experience at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, but what impressed me the most was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Pond and B — they were especially warm, attentive, and always ready to support whenever I needed anything. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly made my trip more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The staff are all kind and very accommodating, especially Kate and Noy. The room is clean and comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. The cleaning lady does an excellent job, always making sure our room is tidy and ready whenever we return from our trips around Bangkok. The food is very affordable, delicious, and perfectly suited for Filipino taste. 💖 The hotel is conveniently located near malls, markets, stalls, and other commercial buildings, making it very accessible, and we were able to buy lots of souvenirs. So I love it. 🥰💖

Currently staying at this hotel. The room is basic but functional and does what it needs to do. AC doesn't seem to keep the room cool. You can't even adjust it despite the remote. The receptionist, Serene, is genuinely lovely and very helpful, which makes a great first impression. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise! I really enjoyed the Pad Thai and Tom Yum, and Noy, the server, does an excellent job attending to us and other guests with care and efficiency. Location-wise, the hotel is exceptional, with markets and shopping areas within easy walking distance, making it perfect for shopping. Breakfast, however, could be improved. There didn’t seem to be any staff actively monitoring the area, food was not refilled promptly, and some guests were inconsiderate by picking out meat and leaving the rest for others. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, better supervision and quicker refilling would greatly improve the breakfast experience.
