This condominium, though more than 2 decades old, has been impressively maintained. Interior renovation project has been approved and is underway (as of October, 2018). The building is surrounded by an upscale housing estate, just 200 meters from Ramkhamhaeng Rd. They have fixed parking space for every unit with round the clock security. I find the tranquil neighborhood very pleasant indeed. It’s a rare atmosphere in Bangkok these days. Traffic, however, is a nightmare most of the week, but the future MRT station to be situated near the entrance of Soi 43/1 gives tenants hope of better transportation options.
