The Bedrooms always delivers. My wife and I have been using Bedrooms for 13-14 years now and we keep coming back. We have tried many different hotels around Bangkok, but Bedrooms stands out from the others. The location is perfect right next to shopping center Super Big c, 5 minutes to BTS, lots of places to eat. The hotel is like a quiet lung, very nice to sit outside the hotel, buy a beer from the coffee shop. You are welcomed by super pleasant staff who do everything to make your stay a good one. Clean nice rooms, very quiet air con, good to sleep with it on. Hot water solution in the bathroom is very good. Also good breakfast at the hotel, although this time we chose a room without breakfast, we choose to eat noodle soup at one of the many places around the hotel. So we will definitely come back, really great place

We had a great stay here. The rooms were good, and beds were suuuuuper comfy, like a cloud! It was a dream after so many hard beds in Thailand. The staff were also absolutely lovely, especially the gentleman downstairs who handled our bags, and the lady at the front desk who helped us to print out our visa letters. Thank you and see you again!

perfect stay!!! top location, super friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, room has everything you need (tv and safe work properly, i always mention that, because that’s not for granted 😁), comfy beds, quiet!!!! and i absolutely love the gym (everything works here as well and two treadmills is always a good idea) and their opening hours!!! definitely my new home in bangkok, especially the price is outstanding. for other hotels in that area with the same facilities u easily pay twice as much.. thx to the whole team! 10/10 🥳🥳🥳

Shocking and unacceptable behavior at check-out We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. Until now, our stays had generally gone well. The staff had always been kind to my mother and even provided assistance on several occasions, which we acknowledge. For this very reason, the incident that occurred during our last check-out is all the more incomprehensible and unacceptable. Before leaving the hotel, we explicitly requested permission to leave our luggage at the reception for a short time in order to have a meal. This permission was clearly granted. We simply went to the shopping mall located approximately 100 meters away, for a very brief period, and returned shortly after to call our taxi. Upon our return, a young receptionist addressed us in an aggressive manner, in a loud voice, and without any basic courtesy, regarding a missing teaspoon from one of the rooms. There was no tact, no discretion, and no attempt to verify the situation beforehand. The tone and attitude clearly conveyed an implicit accusation of theft, made publicly in front of other people. This behavior is deeply inappropriate, and particularly shocking in a cultural context where respect and restraint should be fundamental to customer service. We had two rooms. Instead of handling the matter calmly and professionally, the receptionist chose direct confrontation. To put an end to this situation, I personally went back to check, and found the teaspoon in the trash. Despite this, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, no courtesy whatsoever, not even a simple goodbye. The receptionist simply ignored us afterward. The most serious aspect of this incident is how it was experienced by my mother, who was unnecessarily exposed and humiliated. This lack of consideration is unacceptable. It is normal for a hotel to check its inventory. Implicitly accusing guests, raising one’s voice, and then refusing to apologize after an obvious mistake is not. This incident seriously damages the image of the establishment. The staff member involved clearly lacks the skills required for a customer-facing position. Immediate corrective action and proper customer service training are essential. We leave extremely dissatisfied and deeply disappointed.
