This hotel is not for the fussy traveller. For the budget price paid which is cheaper than the surrounding hotels, don’t expect a 5 star luxury stay. The room that I get is clean, no insect. Daily cleaning was done and bottled water provided. The toilet has a bidet and the shower water pressure is strong. The location of the hotel is next to train tracks, so please expect noise from 2 different types of trains. The room is not sound proof, can hear activities outside. Walking distance to Pratunam and PhyaThai area. Tuk Tuk conveniently available near the hotel. The hotel staffs are polite and helpful. I also book taxi with the hotel to get to the airport, which is cheaper than taking grab.

We had such a wonderful stay! The customer service was top-notch, with a special shout-out to Ms. Tida and Mr. Tan for being so helpful throughout our trip. This place is definitely worth recommending! Plus, the location is unbeatable—right by Pratunam Market and an easy walk to Platinum and Central World.

I love how this hotel has perfect location to go anywhere with affordable n cozy room. You can walk less than 1km to rail link station and buses. Its in the city shopping center, great for those who coming to bkk for shopping The room is nice, clean and cozy. Its kinda giving me Japanese vibes at some point. The staffs are friendly n very helpful, they are 24hr available i guess. There free breads for breakfast too

Negative Reviews
Ac takes at least half an hr to chill a room, curtains are not black out so morning light comes in and you get a 5am rooster call all the way up to 7am. Pretty affordable around the holidays and not bad just as a place to sleep. No microwave no hot water for tea or coffee

ATTENTION: Lots of the reviews here seem FAKE and don't reflect the real conditions. I stayed for 1 night at Bangkok Best House Hotel and honestly wouldn’t recommend it. The place is tucked away in a dark alley near Pratunam Market and no taxi driver wants to drop you off close. I had to drag my luggage for 15 minutes just to get there. The hotel is super old and the rooms haven’t been updated at all. They first put me on the top floor where the hallway was dark and smelled awful and the room reeked like a gutter. The staff offered to spray some Deodorant, but that just felt like a quick cover-up. I got moved to a 4th-floor room that smelled a bit better, but everything inside looked worn out and the aircon was ancient. Even on the coldest setting, it barely cooled the room. Noise was a big problem. Doors kept slamming and there were loud drunk people in the hall talking at night and in the early morning. The next morning, construction noise and trains right next to the hotel woke me up early. The soundproofing is basically nonexistent. The mattress was okay, but I couldn’t really sleep. When I checked out, I couldn’t get any Bolt or Grab drivers to pick me up because of the location: over 10 Drivers canceled on me. I had to walk 10+ minutes with my bags to a main road before I could get a taxi. At least the staff were friendly, it’s close to Pratunam Market and the free breakfast was very basic, with toast and Jam only, plus Tea & instant Coffee. I’m glad I only booked one night. Think twice before booking here! Funny anecdote: Eating Basic Food in the Room is forbidden, with a warning of being charged 2000 Baht in case. Sounds like a Joke to me, if you have Interiour from Last Century...
