⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough great things about our experience at Capital Serviced Apartments in Bangkok! As a company that frequently relocates expat employees, finding accommodations that not only meet their needs but also accommodate their pets can be quite a challenge. However, Capital Serviced Apartments went above and beyond to ensure our expat employees and their furry companions felt right at home. From the moment we contacted the staff, we were met with a level of professionalism and warmth that immediately put us at ease. They were incredibly understanding of our unique situation and assured us that bringing pets along was no issue at all. This pet-friendly policy was a huge relief for us, as it's often a dealbreaker when searching for suitable housing. Upon arrival, our employees were greeted with open arms and wide smiles. The staff's genuine friendliness and enthusiasm for welcoming both humans and pets were truly heartwarming. It's not easy to find a place where both the four-legged and two-legged guests are treated with equal care, but Capital Serviced Apartments managed to excel in this aspect. The apartments themselves were spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Our employees appreciated the attention to detail that catered to their needs as well as their pets'. From comfortable pet bedding to designated play areas, Capital Serviced Apartments thought of everything to make sure our expats and their furry companions felt comfortable and settled. The location of the apartments is also worth mentioning. Situated in a convenient and vibrant area of Bangkok, our employees had easy access to local attractions, parks, and pet-friendly establishments. This made the transition to a new country much smoother for both them and their pets. Overall, our experience with Capital Serviced Apartments exceeded our expectations on every level. The pet-friendly policy, combined with the warm and welcoming staff, truly set this establishment apart. Our expat employees and their pets were able to call this place 'home' during their stay in Bangkok, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. If you're looking for a place that goes the extra mile to accommodate your needs and make you and your pets feel like part of the family, look no further than Capital Serviced Apartments. We wholeheartedly give them five stars and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

I strongly recommend avoiding this building. Communication is poor. I’ve been double charged for rent due to poor record-keeping, and my electricity was shut off at night without warning. Management has repeatedly entered my room with a spare key card without notice, even when I was undressed. This made me feel unsafe and disrespected. My balcony was reduced mid-tenancy, leaving me with less living space for the same rent. Construction and management issues have affected my health, and I’ve needed hospital visits. I am currently seeking legal advice because I believe many of these actions go against tenant rights in Thailand.

I lived at The Capital Sukhumvit 30/1 for over three months, and unfortunately experienced multiple serious issues that made my stay very difficult. The apartment was not professionally cleaned before move-in and required extensive cleaning on my own. There was a persistent cockroach infestation inside the unit, including the kitchen and refrigerator, despite multiple complaints. The promised amenities (pool, sauna) were unavailable throughout my stay. Structural issues caused the entire unit to shake due to a damaged support pillar outside, affecting my sleep and wellbeing. Construction noise was excessive, leading to ear pain and a hospital visit. I experienced unauthorized entries into my apartment by management staff while I was sleeping or undressed, without prior notice. Poor dust control during construction caused high air pollution levels inside, affecting both my health and my pets. There were also issues with incorrect contract details, which created problems with immigration registration. Despite repeated requests for repairs and resolutions, the management was slow or unresponsive to these problems. Given these ongoing issues, I cannot recommend this property for anyone seeking a safe and comfortable living environment.

Pros - if you book the executive 2 bedroom it’s a big room 2 x king beds Cons - they gave me the wrong room a small standard 2 bedroom 1 king bed n 1 single bed, which they fixed the next day after I complained but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Air conditioning very noisy hard to sleep with it running. Water pressure unstable also 1 shower no hot water n the other no cold water. Location is far from the action CBD shopping nana plaza etc is about 3.5km away. Overall decent experience 5/10
