THE COFFEE CLUB - Staybridge Thonglor

I have never, ever encountered such terrible service and sheer incompetence in Bangkok until today. This place is, without exaggeration, the worst coffee shop I have ever visited in this city. My husband and I visited on January 1, 2026, hoping for a pleasant start to the new year. We ordered two coffees. What followed was a masterclass in poor customer service. The Waiting Nightmare: After we ordered, customers who ordered AFTER us received their drinks. Ours were nowhere to be seen. My husband inquired twice, only to be brushed off and told to "wait." The Ignorance & Disrespect: After waiting for 30 MINUTES, I went to ask. A staff member took my receipt and then… did nothing. I asked again. No one knew what was happening. No one responded. One female staff member even had the audacity to say, "I don't know, I didn't take the order," and walked away! Is this how you treat paying customers? Complete neglect and zero accountability? The "Excuse" and Further Mistake: Only when I finally lost my temper did a staff member reluctantly hand over our coffees, blaming a "system error" with an impatient attitude. To add insult to injury, I had specifically ordered a PICCOLO IN AN EATABLE CUP. What did I receive? A regular ceramic mug! Since when is ceramic eatable? Are you serious? I had to insist on getting what I actually paid for. From start to finish, it took OVER 50 MINUTES to get two simple coffees, one of which was wrong initially. You wasted a huge amount of our valuable time. The coffee itself? Mediocre at best. Nothing can compensate for such appalling service. This level of incompetence, disrespect, and outright terrible management is shocking. I have never seen anything like it in Bangkok. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and served incorrect orders after an endless wait. Attached is our receipt as proof of this disastrous visit.
