The Duchess Hotel and Residences

Already been here twice with different types! The hotel truly offers excellent value for money considering the spacious rooms and great Langsuan location. However, the most significant drawback is the club operating downstairs, which causes disruptive noise in the lobby and potentially lower floors. Rooms are generally huge and well-equipped, providing comfortable living spaces with kitchen facilities. Despite the noise issue, the convenience and overall quality of the property make it a good base. Just be sure to request a high floor to minimize disturbance from the downstairs venue.

It was renovating when I stayed but value for money the room was amazingly spacious. The room was a bit smelly of food from previous stay but for its price location and luxury decor I couldn’t complain. I still give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really worth what you pay. There’s a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Super convenient location, right in the city and just a short walk to the BTS station. I’ve stayed at a few budget hotels in the city, and this one’s the best!
