This is located at very good location. You have metro station nearby only. Rooms are too good and cleaning is top notch. Cons: 1. If you are veg person please don't book room with breakfast. Coz there are no Veg options in breakfast. 2. Also they take 2000 Baht as a security deposit which is unusual compare to other hotels.

This is a long-established business hotel with a high-ceiling lobby and a classic central elevator design. The Christmas decorations were well done and created a pleasant festive atmosphere, making the lobby visually impressive and suitable for photos. Public areas are spacious and comfortable. The room size was acceptable; however, the bed was quite firm and not very comfortable. The in-room facilities felt somewhat outdated—functional, but clearly showing their age. That said, the network quality deserves praise. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the room was also equipped with a wired Ethernet port, providing reliable and consistent internet access. This is a strong point, especially for a hotel of this age. The main dissatisfaction came from the front desk service. During check-in, we were initially assigned a room that had already been given to another guest, requiring a room change. On the following day, the key card unexpectedly stopped working, forcing another visit to the front desk. Overall, the front desk service felt somewhat careless, and staff professionalism could be improved. Overall, the hotel offers decent basic facilities, but there is room for improvement in bedding comfort, facility upgrades, and front desk service efficiency. On the positive side, the internet connection is excellent, making it suitable for guests who value stable connectivity over modern design.

The location is very excellent for transportation i.e. MRT, Taxi and own vehicles. The rooms and facilities are in good condition. Manager and the most of staff at front dest, restaurants, room service are friendly and warm welcome. The security guard who is working in-front of the hotel yesterday and today morning shift is not nice, talking with impolite reaction and sound, Please kindly inform him to improve and clients will be impressed of hotel’s staff. I am apologizing for this sincerely reviewing.
