My experience with this hotel has been very disappointing. After my stay, I requested the invoice several times and have not received any response. I tried contacting the hotel directly through different channels, but they simply do not reply. Even Booking.com has attempted to reach them without success. The lack of customer service and failure to provide a basic document such as an invoice is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel if you expect professionalism and proper after-stay support.

I was very disappointed in my booking here. The pictures on booking.com showed pictures of the hotel, while I was placed in the capsule hostel. There was no place for your bag, and the rooms weren’t locked. Everybody could just walk up if they knew how to get there. Also the bathrooms are shared and there are no showers, just some taps with buckets of water… The staff was also not very helpful and you needed to self check in by texting through Whatsapp. Location was very nice, more peaceful area but still close to Khaosan Road.

I'd give it negative stars if I could. Do not be fooled by the advertisement that says this is a “lovely boutique hotel” and it’s not green, it's not a stylish thai boutique hotel, it's a backpacker hostel. They pack 4 or 5 people into tiny dark rooms that are only furnished with bunk beds, and call them lofts and suites. The rooms seem even smaller because both the sink and shower are in the middle of the room. And this isn’t some sexy glass enclosed shower, it’s an ancient grimy showerpan with a cheap plastic shower curtain, in the middle of the room. The sink is so tiny that when you try to use it, water splashes out all over the floor. Amenities not included in the "suites and lofts" are furniture (other than the bunk beds), chairs, desks, tables, there is no dedicated work area, no coffee, no tea, no hot water pots, no drinking water, not even a glass. Nothing at all. The walls and floors are clean but covered in decades of grime, the hallways are worse. Thailand has more inexpensive but beautiful stylish boutique hotels than any place in Asia, but this isn't one of them There are no decorations or pictures on the walls, just dirty white patched concrete and drywall walls. The rooms are dark and depressing. They feel like prison cells. The plasterboard has been badly patched and seam tape between panels is popping. A great place if you're looking to sleep in a tiny space with 4 or five people while watching your friends take a shower in the middle of the room. The hallways are dark, narrow and covered with decades of grime. Listed amenities in the ad that are not present conditioner, dedicated workspace, clothing storage or hangers. There is a murky narrow lap pool but it's lined with icky, slimy plastic and the floor tiles around the pool area are super slippery. It's in a classic overtouristed neighborhood. As in all accommodations in Thailand the staff is nice and helpful. There are nicer, real hotels in Bangkok at this price point in quieter neighborhoods just as close to the city center and the river. This is not a cheap hotel, it's priced as an economy midrange 3 star and it's a 1 star. There are many better places to stay for the same price in nicer, quieter, less overtouristed, overpriced neighborhoods just as close to the river that are just as close to the city center and attractions.
