The Lofts Asoke

A high standard condo from Raimon Land. The style after condo is very unique and decorated as the name suggested. Mostly looks good. The concierge is very mannered and mindful. The material are nice giving the age of the condo is going up. The maintenance is still good. The juristic person is super well organized. Good thing is that the parking space is still not packed.

Great place ! Stay a few months there. Opposite is a famous government University, Nearby is Starbucks, Restaurants, Spa Center, International school, Church, Eye Hospital, clinics, BTS, Airport Express train, Asok pier, T21 &other shopping malls. Wonderful place!

High standard of living, offering excellent facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, steam room and an excellent gym facility with rotating climbing wall. I always receive a speedy response from concierge desk, as well as from the maintenance team. The developer/property management team always keeps us updated. I have to say, they also offer great events throughout the year for the residents such as Halloween for the kids, Songkran, Mother’s Day etc. Owners also receive discount with Peninsula Hotel in Bangkok. The Lofts Asoke is also only a 5min walk from NIST, one of the top international schools in Bangkok.
