The reputation truly reflects the quality of both the bakery and the service — it did not disappoint at all. We tried almost every type of pastry, and everything was delicious. The coffee was also very good, nicely served with a sugar-coated cinnamon stick, which was a lovely touch. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. The seating area is comfortable and calm, not crowded at all. If you’re looking for a bakery café to enjoy coffee, tea, pastries, and a relaxed conversation with friends, this is a perfect spot. It’s a great escape from the busy atmosphere of the lower floors at Siam Paragon.

The Mandarin Oriental Shop is more than just a bakery; it is a slice of the legendary riverside hotel’s luxury transplanted into the heart of Bangkok’s busiest shopping district. Whether you’re looking for a sophisticated pit stop or a world-class gift, this shop remains a gold standard for French patisserie in the city. It offers a comfortable sit-down area that is perfect for a quiet business chat or a mid-shopping spree "reset." You want the highest quality French pastries in Bangkok or need an impressive "thank you" gift in the form of their famous hampers. I had their Fresh Mango Juice, Oriental Blend Coffee and Signature Fan Cake which looks so much like Cheese Cake (And is not to be missed). All goes well when you pair it with quintessential Pain Au Chocolat #MandarinOriental #Shop #Siam #Paragon

I come here every time I’m in Bangkok. This is the best bakery and pastry shop I’ve ever found in the city. Every cake and praline feels like a masterpiece– perfectly balanced, delicate, and high quality. And that really says something, because I normally don’t even like sweets. Here, I try to let every bite melt on my tongue instead of swallowing it too quickly. An absolute must for anyone who truly appreciates fine pastries.
