This condo looks quite new even the buildings are about 6 years old, well maintained. There is one swimming pool and one very small gym. Also there is a room called ‘library’ no books but can be use for working,reading or whatever. This condo is quite calm, most of the people living here are foreigners. There is a big supermarket nearby about 1 km (Lotus)and this condo is located near to the expressway so convenience

The Niche Mono Sukhumvit 50 was our Airbnb choice, and overall, it provided a pleasant experience. The apartment was clean and thoughtfully designed, featuring all the essentials like dishes, pots, pans, a stove, and a microwave. Additionally, having a washing machine on our 8th-floor balcony was a convenient perk. Unfortunately, we didn't have access to the pool and fitness room, which would have added to the enjoyment of our stay. The complex offers a smoking area downstairs and a trash and recycling room on each floor, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and even provided a complimentary shuttle service, enhancing our overall experience. Despite the limitations with amenities, it was a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay.
