An exceptional stay at The Okura Bangkok. This hotel truly delivers a top-class experience in every way. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean, with beautiful views over the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were of very high quality. Housekeeping maintained everything perfectly throughout our stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member we encountered was exceptionally friendly, polite, and genuinely attentive. The service felt warm, sincere, and highly professional at the same time, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The facilities are superb, especially the stunning infinity pool with breathtaking skyline views. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention - it is truly extraordinary and unlike anything we have experienced elsewhere. The selection is enormous, the quality is exceptional, and everything is presented beautifully. The combination of international options and authentic Japanese cuisine makes it feel like a fine dining experience rather than a typical hotel breakfast. Overall, this is a truly luxurious and relaxing hotel that exceeds expectations in every aspect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Definitely the best. Location is super good with interconnecting path from the station Service is good, every staffer I met spoke English very fluently. I met GM there, impressively, he is the man of "customer satisfaction provider" himself not only being the manager there to demonstrate the practice by himself as a leader. He was really an impressive gentleman. The room was cosy and let visitor commend the fine view from the room. There is 24 hours open Seven Eleven inside the building which is the big Plus. The buffet for breakfast was one of the best I had with very wide range of line up including Japanese style. It is a japanese brand hotel but quite top class international, do not expect "Onsen" here but do expect top class infinity swimmjng pool!
