Summary: better avoid it if you want a good sleep Pros: - The staff is quite nice and helpful, was able to change the room and they also apologised and provided earplugs. I was working in hotels myself before, so feel sorry for the staff that they have to deal in a hotel like that - seen the manager were checking rooms state herself - surprisingly rooms have smart TV - toiletries are provided (even toothpaste) - location is convenient Cons: - the biggest issue is the bar downstairs making it impossible to sleep. The bar supposed to work until 2:00 am, but the music goes on at least until 4 (maybe it's better during weekdays). It's not possible for the hotel to solve it as it's same building. Either they should restrict bar working hours to close earlier or remade the bar with soundproofing and separate karaoke rooms (if needed) - rooms needs some renovations, repair - seen a small black cockroach in the 1st room near the door - bedsheets were torn and need replacement too

Maybe if we cover it up, with 3 layers of bed sheets, it's okay🙄 You decide... At night, the neighbourhood is quite nice with a bar right next door with live music and lots of street food just around the corner. Though, people are smoking right outside the entrance to the hotel. Friendly people at the reception, but so so with the helpfulness.
