The Period Pratunam

Terrible hotel that I have ever stayed. Room are super small, no wardrobe or proper clothes hanging, only can hang above dressing table, no dustbin in the room only 1 in the toilet. Toilet super small, if you are fat or bigger size, you will have hard time not to knock on anything, tiny basin which will splash water on the floor and to your legs while washing hands or face, hot water only last for 5mins than becomes cold water very fast everytime you bath. There is NOTHING given unless you request like toothbrush, cotton butt and slippers and will provide 1 time and wont change for you till you checkout. NO changing of mattress cover at all even stated 3 days change once, but stayed for 6 days not even change once. Room TV dont even have simple channels, ONLY YouTube and that's it. Room was right beside their storeroom, packing and talking LOUDLY EVERYDAY starts from 630AM. Right below is their cafe so there is NO coffee for you in the room, only 3 bags of tea without packaging that dont even know how long it's been there. Cafe coffee taste horrible, expensive and small. STRICTLY NO LATE CHECKOUT as they will charge you half a day if you request for 1-2 hours later. You may leave your luggage there but they will put along the walkway as their whole place is tiny. Total regret paying the high price after staying at this kind of terrible hotel.
