A small suggestion for the hotel: the hotel name appears differently on Grab and Google Maps. This caused us to be sent to the wrong property (The Quarter Phrom Phong) when we first arrived. Later, when my brother came to meet us, he was also taken to the same wrong hotel. After staying here for six days, I’d like to update my impression. While the breakfast options are limited, the staff really stood out — the front desk, kitchen team, housekeeping, and even the technician who helped set up Netflix were all very friendly and helpful. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable, and I slept well throughout my stay. The area can be quite congested with traffic, but it’s actually very convenient. There are a couple of nearby markets with fresh, healthy ready-to-eat food, plus a Gourmet Market at EmQuartier Mall. I usually get around by bike, which is easy and affordable. The neighbourhood is clean, calm, and not chaotic like Pratunam — overall, it feels comfortable and suitable for a longer stay.

Great staff, great accomodation and perfect for a stay in BKK. Located near Phrom Pong and shopping centres + a 10minute walk to BTS. We included breakfast as well in our stay which was really nice with food being made to order as well as a small array of food selections + coffee made to order too. If you're coming to Bangkok check out this hotel and its super cool vibe! They also have a rooftop bar and pool which is super cool in the afternoon and evening that is definitely worth checking out. A big thank you to Deepak Sharma for your hospitality and looking after us very well. Excited to stay here next time when in Thailand :)

Here is your review rewritten in clear, polished, and attractive English: --- I recently stayed at The Quartier Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 49/11 with my wife for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the food especially the breakfast was incredibly fresh and delicious. As well there have Indian tea , The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay, with special thanks to Chef Sharma, service staff Fern and Cartoon, and front office staff Miss Wi for their outstanding hospitality. In the evenings, the rooftop bar cul de sac and restaurant offer the perfect place to unwind. The atmosphere is vibrant, the food is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. The drinks and cocktails were also fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to everything you might need—BTS stations, markets, hospitals, and nightlife spots like Soi Cowboy. It’s a great option for both families and solo travelers, and suitable for guests of all ages. They also provide some pet-friendly rooms, which is a great bonus. I highly recommend The Quartier Hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. It offers comfort, convenience, warm hospitality, and great value for money.

The hotel corridors smell. I talked to manager and it was said there is a plan to fix the problem soon. Be aware of the pool closes at 5pm 🙈 so we did not use it at all because we always arrive late. But I understand why , there is outstanding rooftop bar with the kitchen next to the small pool. The room itself needs some refreshments but all is good and working. As I said the bad smell 👃impacts a lot my feedback. Location is quite far to get on metro or train. Better to count with a taxi 🚕 every day. What I can say positive is the service. We got another room based on the complain on the first room. And fair to say the all personal is nice 👍

The room was untidy: under the bed full of dust, hairs, tissue...After my complaint the housekeeping cleaned it but it was still was not properly cleaned. Afterwards i wiped the floor with a wet towel, the towel turned still black from accumulated dirt. The floors are grey what makes dirt invisble but if you look closely you will see alot of caked-on dirt. Same problem in the other room i transferred. It was a nice gesture from the manager but the hygiene concern was not completely solved. The worn-out towels are not pleasant to use and its not acceptable for a 3 star hotel. I payed 1350 thb per night by agoda (including breakfast) and im happy i hadn't payed the overpriced (2000THB+!) advertised rate. I would not recommend to pay for the deluxe rooms (1000 Thb +) as they are all facing the heavily congested noisy main road and just 5sqm bigger. It does not justify the higher price. Unlike most other hotels in the same category, there was no shuttle service to the Bts (even it is advertised in the leaflets in the room) what was inconvenient as its to far to walk. As a pet-friendly hotel i would suggest you keep some rooms petfree for guests without a dog or cat for hygienic reasons. In the weekend there was a party on the rooftop with loud music that kept me awake even i stayed on the lower floor. Overall the staff was friendly but generally i can't recommend this hotel. Lots of reviews here are written by thai and indian staff (and friends of staff ) and not real.
