Great location for parties especially during new years when there are parties. This view is the best in Bangkok pf the Chao Phraya and new years fireworks. Access to Iconsiam is a huge plus. However, one of the largest setbacks at this super luxurious condo is their automatic parking system. They have 3 automatic parking machines, over 600 parking spaces, but on New Years Eve, the machine broke down, causing huge congestion. The staff however, are very attentive and kept apologizing for the circumstances and inconvenience. Also traffic around this area is as expected.

if you wanna claim yourself as a 5++ stars place or something, you guys should probably trained your employees well na kaa, especially the old guy in Thai dress and a lady front assist. Seems like they love to look down on others so much.They might forgot that they’re also an employees.😂
