The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok

Amazing from start to finish. Arranged for pick up from the airport and we were brought right up to our suite. Word can not describe how beautiful this room was, or should we say our apartment. Everything was perfect and the room was kept in perfect condition the whole stay. We had access to the club lounge and it was a perfect place to unwind and have some light snacks. The only disappointment was that it said cocktails included but what that meant was wine, champagne, Negroni or gin. That’s not cocktails in our eyes but now we nitpicking. The pool was amazing, the guys working there are super nice and they learned our names after day or two. Overall the people who works here are fantastic and serviceminded. Breakfast is both buffet and à la carte and everything was perfect except for the bacon, not to our liking but that’s life. Location is not near skytrain so we used Grab to get around. We can absolutely see ourselves coming back next time in Bangkok.

We spent three wonderful nights at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok .During the Lunar New Year, and it was a truly exceptional experience. Our high-floor room offered a breathtaking view that made the festive season even more special. The housekeeping and in-room service were flawless, but what truly stood out was the staff. Almost every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly and professional. I would like to extend a special thank you to the sweet Niki and the entire restaurant team for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism of the staff stood out. They paid attention to every little detail and made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. What impressed us most was how seriously they took our requests. We found the bed slightly too soft and not very friendly for my back, and they immediately removed the topper for us without hesitation. Their prompt response and willingness to accommodate made a real difference. The cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay. The housekeeping team ensured our room was always spotless and comfortable. We were also touched to receive a handwritten card from the staff — such a warm and thoughtful gesture. It truly reflects the level of care and hospitality here. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to return.
