If you’re looking for a short-term stay in Bangkok, I highly recommend this place. The location is safe, quiet, and conveniently close to main roads and great local restaurants. I unfortunately suffered a sports injury during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to support me. They checked in on me every day, asked if I needed anything, and even brought me coffee and breakfast. It was a beautiful example of the kindness and care in Thai culture. If you’re planning a 1–3 month stay, look no further — stay at The Signature. And if the owner happens to read this, the staff truly deserve recognition for how thoughtfully they take care of their guests. PS: No smoking building 🚭😎

This apartment building is very conveniently located. The common area is clean, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. There was a time when I had surgery and couldn't lift water, so Ming, the building caretaker, helped lift it throughout the process. And the staff always took good care of me. I highly recommend this place, they definitely take care of you more than just the customers.

I wanted to post this review while there but I used my better judgment and waited until I left. I was extremely angry when I asked for the TM30 and I was scammed out of 500 baht for a simple piece of paper that they are supposed to give you within 24 hours of moving in. I have been to 3 countries that require a similar form including Thailand and I have never been charged for that form because it is something that landlords are required to do. If anyone in Thailand charges you 15 USD for that form, they are scamming you. That is in exorbitant fee for something that is free. Secondly, I did not know that the room did not have wifi until I had already signed the contract. I was disappointed again. And things only got worse from there. AIS who is very unreliable, finally came out, but they couldn't install the wifi. They said that I needed to have wires installed before they could setup my internet which is not my responsibility. That should have already been done before I got there. This is just a room, not a condo. A tourist should not have to deal with this for a bed and a bathroom. Also, the landlord could have been honest and told me up front that there was no wifi. Thirdly, the housekeeper and a female tenant would often glare at me every time I came down. I felt exremely uncomfortable because I knew that tenant was upset that I had blocked her on Line. So they would stare at me and then look at each other and laugh. It was very unprofessional and provoking. Fourthly, the roaches and the horrific smell for 12,000 baht. The room had roaches, bedbugs, lizards and mosquitoes. I could not sleep because of the smell and the bed bugs which were biting me every night. The sewer smell was so horrific that I went through 5 bottles of bleach in one month by pouring it down all of the drains, yet I couldn't get rid of the smell. It kept me up all night. The roaches would come out any time they smelled food. When I complained about the roaches, they told me that the roaches were coming up the pipes and that they would give me a bottle of bug spray which they never did even though that will not get rid of roaches if they are coming up the pipes. I tried everything to find the source of the mosquitoes. I kept all of the windows shut and I sealed the door. Finally, I decided to inspect the windows more carefully. They were coming in through an opening in the window. I have bruising from all of the scratching from the bed bugs and mosquitoes. Lastly, they didn't want to rent to a Black person anyway which is fine. When I first arrived and asked for a room, the housekeeper lied and said there were none available. One of the tenants heard the lie and said yes , you do have one. I guess this is why they charged me for the TM30. I have rented better rooms for 8,000 baht with wifi, smart TV, and an ip television package with no bugs and professional staff who accepts everyone!
