I would strongly advise against staying here. I experienced extremely rude behaviour from an elderly lady at reception after I gave a constructive comment regarding the condition of the bathrooms. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she raised her voice at me, which made the interaction quite uncomfortable. I had booked a private room, yet a staff member made an inappropriate remark concerning my personal privacy. I later found that a few other women I met had similar concerns and were also planning to check out the next morning. There is no proper door separating the private area, which raises serious privacy and safety concerns. While the staff justify this by saying the property is very cheap, even the most budget accommodations generally maintain basic hygiene standards. Unfortunately, the washrooms were unhygienic, poorly ventilated, and had a strong odour. I was genuinely concerned about health risks and have decided to see a doctor to ensure everything is fine. Despite having paid, I had to check out early as I simply could not tolerate the conditions. Some basic measures — such as proper cleaning and the use of air fresheners — would make a significant difference. Rating: 2/10 The only positive is that the air conditioning works well.

Honestly the management needs to change that middle-aged woman who works daily at the front desk, she’s very unfriendly, impatient and gives off bad vibes. The hostel per se is actually pretty decent. The mixed dorm with single beds are pretty spacious compared to a lot of hostels I stayed.

It's an afforable hotels which located in the infamous Banthat Thong Rd. You can easily get by to the malls like centralwOrld, Siam, etc 10 minutes away. There is a 7-eleven as well just beside the hotel. The check in is strictly at 2pm, but you can leave your luggage in the room in their lobby. You need to do it alone through. They have 3 levels on top of the Ground floor and we stayed on the 3rd floor which has the private rooms. The level 1 & 2 are for dorms. They use manual key, and they have small lift as well so you can easily haul your luggage. Inside the room was a very simple one, but enough if you are mostly out and about. The aircon is centralised but you got the controller in your room. The water pressure is also good. There were no hangers nor drawers or refrigerator inside the room. For the service, the staff speak limited English, but they're straightforward and clear. However, if you want to request housekeeping, don't forget to hang the tag outside our doorknob, otherwise they don't clear your room. You're gonna be charged additional 50THB for cleaning if you book through Agoda.
