This was an A+ stay from start to finish. The staff was friendly, polished, and consistently helpful across every interaction. Butler service was excellent, housekeeping was flawless, and turndown each night made the room feel reset and fresh. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had anywhere. Huge selection, beautifully done, and easy to overdo it without realizing. Everything from local Thai dishes to Western staples was executed at a very high level. Service overall was outstanding. The valet team handled every taxi and Grab request instantly, and logistics were effortless the entire stay. A few associates struggled slightly with English, which is understandable, but worth noting given the brand. The location is a bit of a double-edged sword. It’s central, but you’ll still end up taking a car most places. That said, it keeps the hotel quieter and more relaxed, which we appreciated, and we did receive several nice perks during the stay that elevated the experience further. Cost was very reasonable for the St. Regis brand and level of execution. Best for travelers who want true luxury, excellent service, and a calm, comfortable base while exploring Bangkok. I just finished up a 5 night stay here and have to say that I was blown away. The rooms are nice, linens and bed are fantastic, pool is gorgeous with a great mix of sun and shade. But best of all is the hospitality. Every single staff member will go so far to make sure your stay is perfect. Seriously, it’s a masterclass is how to run a hotel. I typically have high standards having worked at a 5 star property a lifetime ago, and the staff here are next level. Also loved the breakfast and the Elite drink offered each evening on the main level as I was headed out to dinner. All in all, wonderful stay!

Exceptional! The rooms are spacious - the bed is so comfortable - the linens are a dream. Breakfast is excellent - staff are so attentive they are almost mind readers. There is no lounge at this property but they provide a complimentary drink and snacks at the lounge on the first floor for platinum members - it wasnt very good and can be skipped. Location is great - it’s so nice to be connected directly to the sky train. The service is personable and exceptional. Special thanks to Annie at reception and our butlers Ploid and Four for making this such a memorable stay.

Edit:I unfortunately need to add an update after our stay. After leaving the hotel, I discovered that USD 200 was missing from a stack of cash that had been kept inside my bag in the room. I have very strong reasons to believe the money was lost while we were staying at the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the St. Regis until we checked out, this particular bag never left the room. When we went out or to restaurants, my mother carried her own bag and handled all Thai baht expenses, while I only had a single credit card in my phone case with me. The bag containing the cash stayed in the room the entire time. The cash in question was a stack of USD 2,000 that had been set aside earlier for a trip to Egypt. Because our travel plans changed, the money was never used in Bangkok and remained bundled together with a rubber band. Ironically, that is exactly why it was easy for us to notice the missing amount later. What makes the situation particularly strange is that the bills were sequential, and exactly USD 200 appears to have been taken from the bundle. If the money had been something we were using daily, I might have suspected that I had simply miscounted or spent it somewhere outside. But since the cash was never used during our stay, it makes the discrepancy very difficult to explain. I reported this to the hotel, and while I appreciate that they conducted an internal investigation, I was told that no irregularities were found. While I cannot say exactly what happened, the situation remains very disappointing. The stay itself was otherwise pleasant, but this incident unfortunately left a concerning final impression. ⸻ Had a great stay at The St. Regis Bangkok. The breakfast was excellent — very extensive and with a lot of local Thai options, which made it much more interesting than a typical hotel breakfast. The front desk staff during check-in were very warm and welcoming, and our butler was also attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The location is another big advantage. The hotel is directly connected to the BTS, which makes getting around Bangkok extremely convenient. The swimming pool is a bit on the smaller side, but it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. As a Titanium member, we were also offered a complimentary cocktail, which was a nice touch, although unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to redeem it. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back.
