Positive Reviews
The hotel’s room is big and clean but a bit outdated. The hotel has a nice lobby and an acceptable swimming pool. Breakfast includes a variety of Thai and international options. The staff is kind and respectful. As well, the hotel has a good tour desk with good prices. Moreover, it has a complete supermarket. The only negative point is the location. It is far from tourist attractions, good shopping malls, and restaurants.

Twin Towers Hotel offers very spacious rooms, excellent food, a great location, and genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Everything works well and the overall stay is comfortable and convenient. The only downside is the bathroom, which is clearly dated and would benefit from renovation. Aside from that, it’s a solid hotel with great value, especially thanks to the room size, food quality, and service.

We booked The Twin Towers Hotel for our stay during the Bangkok Marathon. The check-in was very friendly and efficient. Our first room was a bit too noisy, but we were able to change rooms the next day without any issues, and the new room was excellent. The pool and fitness center were very appealing and well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay and can highly recommend this hotel.

Negative Reviews
Be extremely careful of this hotel, especially the checkout staff. Shifty people I can tell you now they asked for a deposit. I gave them an Australian $50 note. They kept it in an envelope and then did not return it to me. I've asked for a refund multiple times and also emailed them with zero response. They are completely unresponsive. Absolutely disgusting service. The hotel itself isn't bad as a stay but be careful that they don't rip you off like they did me. I demand my refund. If you are reading this any of the staff from the twin towers I expect contact. My name is Mr. Harris and I stayed in a period of 6th -7th aug 2025 I want my refund. I want my $50 Australian back
