Not recommended and not value for money. Room water is so small. Hotel staff will find anything to charged you upon your checkout to deduct your deposit.

(1) I lost a pair of white new shoes for kids there; (2) No late check-out until 1pm, they asked me to pay THB 500 for 1 hr. extension; (3) Extension only given 30 minutes for free but then at 12pm they turned off the aircon, and staffs said it is off automatically, how in the hell it is done automatically when if I pay THB 500, it can be on automatically??? Even in a 5 star hotel, late check out by 1pm is a normal industry practice and no one is turning off the aircon automatically, it is a form of Oppression. Terrible experience honestly. Not recommended, save your money somewhere else. With that price, you would have gotten 4-5 star in a city center. I stayed there for 2 nights and moved resort.

Book online first and then come to see the room. If you are not satisfied, you can't check out. The price is so expensive, I don't mind coming to this resort
