I don’t know why people have rated this hotel so low, it’s perfect! The team who work there are lovely, the rooms are spacious and the pool, gym, sauna and steam room are a huge bonus! The location is also great and the bistro next door is a must visit! Krung Thai Bistro - I recommend the Pad Thai and the banana smoothies!

Beautiful, well-maintained rooftop pool with always clean towels. The hotel and room were very clean and tidy. Very kind staff (they carried our suitcases up to our room!). The old-fashioned wooden hall gives an interesting retro touch. The plants and flowers are plastic but overall very cute. Good value for money , staff sorted issue about single beds being uncomfortable

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly, polite, and very helpful, making the stay pleasant from the beginning. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The location is convenient and easy to get around. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of food and is fresh and tasty. Overall, it is great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

It is a mediocre hotel which needs a lot of improvements such as the lighting so it would have a pleasant and welcoming vibe. The room is spacious and clean. There is hot water for shower and a few toiletries. The room is a bit dim and i think it needs proper lighting as well. The breakfast was just okay and the choices were limited. The coffee machine must be replaced because breakfast without a proper coffee is not a happy one. There ought to be more staff at breakfast to assist guests. Over all, it was a pleasant stay. Kudos to the staff for being the nicest people in the hotel industry ❤️🥰
