Theorie Hotel Sukhumvit 107

I have stayed at many properties in Bangkok over the years, but this was my first time staying this far out, so I was not sure what to expect. I ended up staying at Theorie for over a month, and it's honestly one of the best budget long-stay experiences I've had. The staff are extremely professional. Even though I arrived well before check-in time, the front desk arranged a room for me as quickly as they could. Their attention to small details really stood out - from saving the last tender coconut for me (I was having one daily) to the cleaning staff who consistently did an excellent job (I've watched them clean the room adjacent). The location is great for a long stay. Everything you need - food, bars, restaurants, laundry, convenience stores, etc are just a few hundred meters away and the area is quiet, away from the city chaos. The pool is well-maintained too. The gym is however not the best since it lacks equipment, but it's usable. The reception stocks a small but useful selection of snacks, and there is also a fridge with alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks, tender coconuts, fruit bowls and ready-to-eat meals. The only drawback is the distance from the city center, but they balance this out with a dedicated tuk-tuk service to Bearing and Bang Na BTS stations, which makes commuting easy. If you are in Bangkok for business and want a budget-friendly long stay with good connectivity, Theorie is a great choice. I will definitely be returning on my next business trip.

Great hotel in a quiet and peaceful area. Clean and comfortable room. Gym and pool. Bts is far but they can take you in a tuktuk. Will be back soon!

Nice enough budget hotel, definitely not a 5 star as listed on booking apps, as it's nice but very basic. The rooms are a bit small and the beds are a bit uncomfortable. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool is nice and clean. The location isn't ideal, pretty far from everything. Good for an unwind away from the city though. Kudos to the photographer who did the work for the advertising as they made it look amazing with their photos haha
