Great hotel for group, room is spacious and clean. Soundproofing in my room is quite well. Probably not a good location for solo travelers.

Staff service was impeccable. (Insert Thai name), the receptionist offered me two cups of fine wine the very moment I entered. In my 80 years of living, I have never been greeted with such hospitality. Their management also frequently cleaned my bed sheets (once every 8 hours). The cleanliness of this hotel was enough to justify this 5 star review Secondly, the food was mouthwatering and fragrant. Their breakfast buffet presented an array of Thai delicacies from seafood boat noodles to Tom Yum soup of varying spice levels.

Stayed here for one night. Overall a pleasant experience: Good: Easy to find halal food, spacious room. For further improvement: Low water pressure in room 1105, wifi is non-existent in the room but very strong at the lobby. Location: Near to boat pier which can take you to Asok Pier in 15 mins. Quite far from BTS or Metro station (40mins walk). Quite difficult to get taxi/grab. Near to Suvarnabhumi airport (20mins by car).

Good Value for Simple Let's start with the good. It is conveniently located next to some tennis courts and badminton courts if you like to play and also to a waterway with a water taxi if that helps you get around. They provide free parking. The aircon is efficient in the rooms once you get it going (the maid will turn it off everyday when you're gone). The towels were nice, soft and large, however they don't provide wash cloths and we didnt have hand towels until day 2. The housekeeping will provide 2 bottles of water a day if you let them clean the room. There is LOTS of storage in the room, 2 closets with drawers, 2 large cabinets and a few drawers. There is a mini fridge, blow dryer and water kettle in the room. The room, overall, was clean. Now for the bad, or at least helpful things to know when deciding if this hotel is worth the value to you. At check-in, you have to pay 1000 baht cash for the deposit, do not lose the 1 key they give you or the paper receipt or you will not get the deposit back at check out. There is not a safe in the room and our slider did not lock on the balcony. We did not have any issues with theft, but I didnt feel as secure. Because of this, we only had maid service come every other day, but we would run out of toilet paper everyday because the paper rolls were small and they never provided an extra. The bed was very hard, just a basic mattress. This was ok for us because I prefer a firm bed, but even on my side, it would hurt my hip after awhile. The wifi was not reliable, my husband had to work remotely and could not rely on the wifi, he had to make do with our Hotspot. In shower, the shower head is a very fine spray, but still gets thw job done. The drains and showers are old and there were flys and mosquitoes that would come out of them. The breakfast buffet is just ok, they have 7-10 dishes with only 2 items changing. There is rice, fried rice, eggs, chicken sausage, and few Thai dishes (on the weekend there were a few Indian dishes). They also have 3-4 cut fruit options, a small salad selection, toast, juices, coffee and tea. The pool was clean, but the location isn't great. I went down to it one day and there were only 2 loungers which 1 guy was occupying. The pool is on the second level which a parking structure overlooks and sun only gets to it around noon. Overall, the hotel is worth the value in Bangkok with high prices. If you're looking for luxury, you will have to pay more somewhere else.
