About

Took Lae Dee inside a supermarket in Ploenchit serves surprisingly good Thai food at genuinely low prices. The wonton soup is delicious, and the crab fried rice is exceptional—worth seeking out in an unlikely location.

Pad se ew and western options round out a menu that caters to locals and travelers alike. This is proof that exceptional food can exist anywhere with proper execution and care.

What a find. We ate here all the time. Pad se ew and all the Thai dishes were the best we had throughout Thailand and so cheap. They also do coffee and western food at less than half you pay in other places. Highly recommended

Interesting little cafe with an extensive menu. I enjoyed the food here which has both western and local dishes. If staying nearby at a hotel that doesn't offer breakfast, this is a good and cheap alternative. It's really more for a quick eat as it only offers bar seating and small tables. No baby chairs as there's not enough space.

A surprisingly good find! Delicious food inside a supermarket, good prices, and a very relaxed vibe. Suitable even if you are a solo traveller. The wonton soup is delicious, as is the chicken green curry. Went twice during our trip and wish we'd went more (since the food was better here than other, more expensive restaurants!)
