🌶️ Zaap One (แซ่บวัน) - Truly Zaap (Spicy & Delicious)! 🇹🇭 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zaap One on Ratchadaphisek Road definitely lives up to its name! Everything we ordered was incredibly authentic, flavorful, and perfectly "Zaap" (spicy and delicious). • Som Tum (Papaya Salad): Perfectly balanced, fresh, and had just the right amount of kick. A must-try! • Larb Moo (Spicy Minced Pork Salad): The herbaceousness and the savory, spicy dressing were fantastic. • Grilled Pork Neck (คอหมูย่าง): Tender, juicy, and the slight crisp on the fat was divine. The accompanying dipping sauce was excellent. • Fried Chicken Wings (ไก่ทอด): The chicken wings were perfectly crisp and flavorful! A great addition to the spicy dishes. • Soup (ต้มแซ่บ): The broth was sour, spicy, and very aromatic—a great complement to the other dishes. The ingredients are clearly fresh, and the flavors are spot-on for authentic Northeastern Thai (Isaan) cuisine. If you are looking for a genuine and spicy Thai food experience in Bangkok, this is the place! Highly, highly recommended.

The food is delicious, I really like the grilled pork neck, grilled pork intestines and somtom here. Somtom is extremely delicious. The space is airy and spacious, without air conditioning but still cool. Price is not too high, nor too cheap. About 500-600 baht/person if drinking beer.

Ordered some small bites to accompany the beer. All the dishes are good. There will be a server from Chang after 5pm. Beer promotion available during time of visit. The only setback is they don't have air conditioning, it's open air and you can feel the hot air. Usually crowded during dinner hours.

A truly authentic taste of Thai cuisine, these traditional dishes are basic dishes for working class. These dishes were made to be share, visiting with a group of friends or family are a perfect dining out experience. The location is truly unique, being located at a side road of the junction. Visitors are better off arriving by public transport on either side of the road, then use the crossing bridge to get to the place. The selection are variety from traditional Thai Somtum to deep-fried duck mouth. As these dishes are popular amongst working class, the price for these dishes will not break your piggy bank. Seats can be reserved in advance for large group of diners, it is advisable to do so.
