Tori Prestige Bangkok Hotel

We stayed here from 28 to 30 October 2025 in a Suite, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The room was extremely small, even though it was labeled as a “suite.” There were two beds, and we had to use one just to place our luggage because there was absolutely no storage space. There was no table or proper space to even place breakfast comfortably. Cleanliness was below average. The photos online look much better than reality. The location is inside narrow alleys and difficult to access, especially with luggage. One serious issue happened with the room door. At one point, the key card system stopped working properly and the door wouldn’t lock correctly. It could be opened from outside without the card. We had to change rooms because of this, which was very inconvenient. The air conditioning was noisy and not working properly. The bathroom water was not hot — it was only lukewarm at best. Definitely not comfortable. Breakfast was very poor and unorganized. And since the room had no proper space, it was uncomfortable to even place the breakfast tray anywhere. There is no pool, no view, and the lobby area looks much better in pictures than in reality. The only positive thing was that the staff were friendly. Yes, the price is cheap. But even for the price, I would not recommend this hotel for families, couples, or groups. This is not a place we would stay in again. Overall rating: 0/5 based on our experience.

Fake 4 star hotel! This is only 1 or 2 star guest hotel Bad access location, the worst you can image. Room smells old and only 1 small table with overheight stools. Stain in the side floor sofa. Toilet is so small. Not recommended for anything except for people too stubborn to read review. Add : staff helpful at the very least. She manage to give the same type room, abit better

This hotel is extremely misleading and does NOT meet its advertised standard. I booked this hotel believing it was a 3.5–4 star property based on the photos and rating shown on Traveloka. What I experienced upon arrival was completely different and deeply disappointing. Reality vs Listing: • Hotel is located deep inside a narrow alley, car cannot access the property (not disclosed). • Exterior and surroundings resemble a warehouse / back-area building, not a hotel. • Room is extremely small, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. • Bed sheets and pillows were dirty. • Walls are not soundproof at all — conversations from hallway and stairs are clearly audible. • “Window” faces a wall, meaning no sunlight and no ventilation. Functionally, there is no window. • Dirty laundry and used bed linens were stacked openly on the staircase and common areas. The photos shown online do not represent the actual condition of the hotel. The gap between expectation and reality is massive. This hotel enforces a strict non-refund policy, which effectively prevents guests from cancelling the moment they realize the condition upon arrival. In my opinion, this policy protects the hotel from accountability rather than protecting guests. I checked out early and moved to another hotel because the room was not fit for stay. I strongly advise travelers to read reviews carefully and not rely on the photos or star rating alone. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
