The cleaning service is quite good, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The manager is rude, overly strict, and constantly judging. It felt like living with an overbearing guardian—watching your every move and questioning you whenever a visitor came over. There was no sense of privacy, and the environment lacked mutual respect. The way they treated tenants was not respectful or professional. Communication was often condescending, and you were made to feel like a burden rather than a guest. On top of that, the furniture was already in poor condition when I moved in, but they still expected everything to be returned in perfect condition upon move-out, which felt unfair and unreasonable. Overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and tense. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and peaceful place to stay.

However, it is comfortable to live in this apartment, but the owner and the manager do not have a good conversation, and the wifi is 200 baht and the wifi line is slow but they don’t fix it The customer service in that apartment is bad, I suggest you don't stay there and encourage you to stay in another good apartment No recommend this apartment!!! Check it out if you don't believe me and good luck :3

Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Apartment I recently stayed in this apartment for three months, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the reasons why I cannot recommend it: Poor Service: The service provided by the management team was consistently subpar. Requests were often ignored or met with indifference. Exorbitant Pricing: The rent charged for the apartment was exorbitant compared to the quality of service and amenities provided. It simply wasn't justified. Unfair Charges: I was unjustly charged for damages to items that were already in poor condition upon my arrival. This felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of tenants. Unprofessional Manager: The manager exhibited unprofessional behavior, resorting to badmouthing tenants and displaying impatience when addressing concerns. Misleading Room Conditions: The room I was assigned did not match the promised quality. It was not well-maintained and lacked several amenities that were advertised. Overall, my experience at this apartment was deeply disappointing. I strongly advise prospective tenants to explore other options before considering this one.
