I followed the great reviews on Google that pointed to this Rama 9 branch. Came here with a bag full of used stuff today, and it did not disappoint. The staff are friendly, lovely and professional, especially the manager Khun Tip. They also quoted a very reasonable price for my wares, and sold stuff at a good price. Kudos to the great management for buy and sell! The place is neat, tidy and organized with a good flow of customers. I will definitely return to this branch for used stuff. The shop is right by the gate of Shoppes West Entrance, not easy to locate. I got off on the wrong gate and had to ask around. See pictures of the correct entrance.

you probably wish you had found this thrifty shop earlier! it is for people to buy and sell second hand goods, in this digital and fast fashion age we tend to over buy so many items which we may regret buying soon after or desire newer things, especially now that online purchase and delivery made it so convenient! if you are a minimalist, sell some of your possession here instead of giving to charity for free well, i walked around inside and looked at the price tags and the items on sale, i am convinced that it is really a bargain for many items, especially if you are looking for premium brand items like bags and accesories, they have those from many well known or well loved brands like louise vuitton, coach, prada, gucci even hermes, and ladies and men’s fashion, clothing, other items include outdoor equipment like golf, fishing gear, musical instrument like keyboards, amplifier…, home appliances and furniture: rice cooker, oven, vacuum cleaners, teasets, tableware, even TV

The staff seemed low-energy, and the return policy is very disappointing — please be careful when buying. I bought two items for 300 THB without trying them on. I kept the labels attached and had the receipt. The next day, I came back to return them. The items were clearly unworn — I only tried them on at home. The issue was fit: the shirt sleeves were too short, and the shorts were too big. Still, the staff told me, “We have a fitting room here, so you can’t return items.” The conversation felt unpleasant and lacking empathy. In the end, I received only 75 THB, meaning 225 THB was taken as a “donation.” This left me feeling frustrated and honestly a bit robbed — especially since I also brought my own clothes to donate. I understand this is management policy, not the staff’s personal decision, but the policy should be explained more clearly and with more understanding toward customers. Management, please reconsider this return policy. It feels unnecessarily strict and greedy, and it really spoils the experience.
