About
Quirky resort near Don Mueang Airport built from stacked shipping containers amid palm trees and a central water feature. Roughly 15 minutes on foot from the terminal — an unusual and genuinely peaceful overnight option near DMK.

Very close proximity to the Don Meuang Airport within a 15 minute walk. The Sea Container vision makes the Tuscany Land Resort a unique experience of accomodation :) It feels more like a condo community ! Overall, the cleanliness is top notch throughout, everything is very clean and orderly ! I love the lush gardens that encompass the rooms and the water fountain upon entery is a awesome touch, truly giving a resort feel ! The complimentary breakfast is fantastic, and the stafff are amazing. If you are flying in or out of the Don Meuang airport then consider staying at Tuscany Land Resort !!!! Truly this place is a gem 💎💎 and a experience :) Loved my stay and would be back again🫶

Our stay at Tuscany Land Resort was really nice. I do want to take time to write a review cause there have been a lot of negative ones that I have read while we stayed there. (1) it's close to DMK Airport like less than 10 mins by Grab car but you can actually walk to the hotel by using the pedestrian overpass if you don't have too much or heavy luggage and of course if you arrived there in the morning or noon time; (2) they have 24 hrs reception service so even if you arrive midnight is not a problem; (3) the rooms are up and down made from container bans which we really find very creative unlike the usual hotels we stay at; (4) the room has bath and hand towels, hair blower, electric kettle, 3 bottled waters, personal fridge, tv, aircon, hot and cold shower in with toilet on the side, and basic toiletries to use; (5) they have complimentary breakfast which we did not expect to get in a $20+ a night hotel though it's simple like bread, cookies, butter, jam, eggs, sausage, simple congee with ground pork on it plus the coffee/ovaltine/orange juice for the drinks; (6) there are nearby affordable restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets which are walking distance before you get to Happy Avenue so lunch or dinner is not really a problem; (7) it's far from Bangkok City center so you need to travel at least 1 hour or so depending on your transportation preference. I just want to highlight that if you are staying in a budget hotel, please don't expect too much cause you're technically paying what's worth your money can afford. I get it that they serve breakfast with the same menu every morning (not sure if this is really how they do it) but again it's complimentary, you always have an option not to eat at all. There are hotels near DMK Airport which will suit your preference for sure so why choose to stay in a low cost one? Also, we did smell the unusual odor in the bathroom not sure if it's because of the concrete wall but it goes away when you have the exhaust fan turned on. The staff lacked skills in communicating in English but they do use a translator in their phones sonwe can understand each other. We're not really particular if the staff is smiling or not as long as they are able to meet our reasonable requests as guests. We don't see how smiling is relevant to giving a hotel a good review lol. Honestly if the staff will smile at us all throughout our stay like non stop whenever seeing us it will creep me out. There might be issues with towels, pillows, but then you can always approach the receptionist. On our end, one of the towels was torn on the side, so I returned it in the morning and informed the receptionist about it so that when we check out, we will not be liable about it. If you will have to bring food and will eat it in your room, they will allow you to borrow utensils and plates. Staff will also give you additional bottled water which the kind lady did for us taking it upstairs to our room. The best part of our stay in Tuscany Land Resort was because the staff/management is super kind in taking care of 3 chunky dogs in the property as well as a couple of chunky cats. One dog is an amputee and scars are still very much visible so whatever he went through, I'm super glad he's healing and he's being taken cared of in there. On our last night, we stayed in the lobby for a few hours during midnight and I got a free lap cat lol. You might be surprised of dogs barking when you arrive so if you're not into dogs please choose a different place to stay. I know it's unusual but if you arecool with pets that should not be a problem. We'll definitely be back in there on our next vacation. That's all. Finally, I was able to say what I wanted to say. Lol! PS. I know Tuscany is a nice place and definitely not even resembles how the hotel looks like, but who cares? Did someone ever question you if your name compliments to how you look like? Lol.

Negative Reviews
Acceptable if you're only staying for one night and need to be close to the airport. Rooms are shipping containers with individual stairs (no elevator) and staff will not help you with your luggage. Room seemed reasonably clean, except for the tea kettle which still had old water in it (I never use hotel kettles anyway because they're almost always dirty) and the bathroom had a strong sewage smell. There was a rip in the bedsheets that they put a tissue under to try and hide but they were otherwise clean. There is a 500 baht deposit (cash only) that they require as a key deposit, which seems pretty outrageous, especially since no other hotel I've stayed at in Thailand has required this. They will refund it upon checkout. Don Mueang Place Hotel is right down the street and 100 times nicer; stay there instead.
