  We went for the day pass for my wife's birthday and the service was fantastic. The servers Amtony, Pla, Ong and Only were excellent and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very accommodating. I will definitely return again

  A Wonderful Four-Week Stay total at U Sathorn Bangkok! 🌿 I stayed at U Sathorn Bangkok for a total of four weeks, and overall, it was an excellent experience! The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, although the door lock did not always work properly, and the housekeeping could benefit from more thorough cleaning. It was also a little noisy at times, both from neighbouring rooms and nearby construction work, which occasionally affected the peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of my stay! The gym is also a nice facility, but unfortunately, there is no cleaning equipment available for guests to wipe down the machines after use, which is a pity, especially for hygiene reasons. What truly makes this hotel special is its wonderful team! Everyone has been incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive and helpful throughout my stay, from the breakfast team every morning to all the other staff members and especially the reception and the housekeeping. A special thank you to the entire team for making these four weeks so enjoyable. Your hospitality and genuine kindness made a real difference! Despite a few areas that could be improved, I had a lovely stay and would happily return. Thank you, U Sathorn team, for your excellent hospitality! 🌸

  U sathorn is our favourite hotel in Bangkok especially if you appreciate the tranquility and relaxed atmosphere which the hotel provides. We're regular costumer and I'm silver member. Our latest stay was during the unfortunate floods which hit Bangkok and the staff was so accommodating and helpful as usual and even to help us during that situation they even offered us more than 24 stay which is U hotels are famous for. From the many names which I want to thank I can memorise Nook which her welcome touched us after a long journey from Hua hin by bus till we reached the hotel under these circumstances and she gave us a relief with her friendly attitude. Despite the ongoing renovations in the hotel (which from my point of view scratch the elegance feel of the hotel ) but we were happy and safe being there again before taking our flight home. I hope everyone of the staff and their beloved will stay safe and I want to thank each one of you that Despite of the situation in Bangkok but your smiles were shining as usual 😊
