About
Unicorn Cafe in Sathorn specializes in carefully sourced and prepared specialty coffee for discerning drinkers. The cafe establishes itself as a destination for coffee quality and craftsmanship in Sathorn's vibrant neighborhood.
The cafe offers single-origin brews and specialty preparations made by skilled baristas using precision techniques. A warm, welcoming environment invites customers to linger over their beverages in a community-focused coffee space.
Unicorn Café is exactly what the name promises: a pastel dreamland of rainbow décor, unicorn toys, and photo backdrops designed entirely for visual spectacle. The cakes taste better than Instagram suggests—less tooth-achingly sweet than one might expect from a place drenched in pastel. For children, it delivers pure joy; for adults without kids, it reads as novelty over substance.

The food is nothing special, however I loved that it wasnt as sweetened as I expected. When we visited the menu was very limited and the unicorns looked somewhat worn out, but since this was a destination for my 5 year old and he loved it, it was worth it. Otherwise - nothing special.

Nice little cafe that is different with the unicorn theme. Nothing to write home about, but if you have little kids they will love it.

Unicorn Café is one of those quirky, themed spots in Bangkok that really stands out. Located at Sathon 8 Alley, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, it’s a pastel-coloured dreamland filled with unicorn toys, rainbow décor, and plenty of fun photo opportunities. The café opens from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm daily (closed in the mornings), so it’s perfect for a midday treat or a colourful afternoon stop. We visited in the early evening and were the only ones there the entire time. The menu is full of bright, whimsical treats. Kids and anyone young at heart will love it, and it’s especially fun if you’re looking for a unique café experience that feels straight out of a fairytale. Bear in mind that some items might sell out - the candy floss wasn't available during our visit and it was one of the only things my child with a food allergy could eat. It can get busy on weekends, so arriving early in the day is a good idea. While it’s more about the atmosphere than gourmet coffee, it’s a cheerful place to relax, take photos, and enjoy something sweet in a magical setting. My daughter particularly enjoyed being able to snuggle unicorns while she waited for her colourful drink.

Negative Reviews
I visited this café after seeing an Instagram reel of their rainbow hot chocolate. It looked beautiful, but sadly the taste didn’t match — I had to wash it down with water and was too hesitant to try anything else. Even the menu pictures didn’t look very appetising in real life. The unicorn decorations were a little worn and dusty, and the café felt very quiet and empty. My friend’s cold drink was mostly ice with very little flavour. Based on my visit in January 2026, I don’t think I would return unless the menu and drinks have been improved.
