UTD8 Hotel & Residence

I’ve been in Thailand for the past month and a half and have stayed in many different Airbnbs and hotels — and this place has honestly been my favorite. UTD Apartment & Residence (now operating as a hotel) truly stands out. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. They are incredibly kind, warm, and always ready to help with anything. Their English is very good, which made communication easy and stress-free. A special mention to Thi — absolutely amazing! Thi is so helpful, attentive, and always available whenever you need assistance. Truly goes above and beyond for guests. The rooms are very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Housekeeping does a fantastic job. The building also has great facilities including a gym and laundry, which is super convenient, especially for longer stays like mine. The owner is also wonderful — very friendly and clearly cares about the guests’ experience. You can really feel the positive atmosphere here. Staff greet you with kindness and smiles upon arrival. They help you with your bags and make the check in process as quick and swift as possible. Amenities are great the laundry room and gym are complete life savers. The rooms are very clean and each have a beautiful and unique view of this quiet bangkok area. I will definitely be coming back !!!

I stayed here for 5 days in UTD8 Hotel and Residences and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded me to a bigger room for the entirety of my stay, which was such a nice surprise. They were also very accommodating with my late check-in. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is great—close to everything and not too far from the BTS station. There’s also a convenient hourly shuttle to the BTS if you don’t feel like walking. On top of all that, the prices are extremely good considering the quality of the hotel. Amazing value for money. This is officially my go-to place whenever I’m in Bangkok. Thanks to all the staff at UTD8! I will be back!
