I had a really lovely time here, the room was overall clean. The bathroom was a bit shabby and the curtains could definitely do with a dry clean. But that was minor as the bed was so comfortable and clean. The staff were all very lovely and welcoming, breakfast wasn’t amazing eggs were a bit under cooked. The pools were beautiful, they have rabbits and tortoises which were very sweet. I had a really lovely time here 7/10

I've only just arrived for a three day stay following a tour, and it's already brilliant. I just wanted somewhere comfortable to rest following two weeks of travel and this place is definitely that!!! Spotlessly clean, super friendly staff. Quirky, but with all mod cons. Huge bed. They have transport to help you get to the train station, otherwise it's maybe a bit of an odd area. Absolutely luxurious after my tour.

Very welcoming hotel with supa friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, spacious rooms, two beautiful pools and a great vibe. The manager is a gem, so are small details like an Arcade or free massaging chairs. Its just a bit off the beaten track, but they offer a free shuttle to the nearby mall and due to the location its quite quiet and peaceful. Smoking on the balcony is allowed which makes this a clear win.
