  I stayed here for my first ever solo trip and I couldn't have stayed at a much better place. As a solo female traveler, this place ticked all my boxes. The room was and clean and although the location isn't the most ideal, I felt safe and found myself enjoying the walks, anyway. Bonus points that it's close to Siam, so hailing Grab and Bolt was a breeze. I arrived around 3am but the staff was very accommodating! Minor setbacks due to language barrier but overall was not an issue. I can see myself coming back and will definitely keep recommending to friends :)

  I stayed at this hotel after mixing it up with the other one at Siam. But I’m glad I did. The hotel was clean and gave me several restful nights. The location was really teeming with 7-11s so there was no fear if you wanted a snack or a cold drink! Plus, all along the way, there were small roadside stalls for a late meal. The only issue (for me) was the walk from the BTS to the hotel. It’s a bit of a walk, but manageable if you’re not carrying too many things. Having said that though, it’s literally 1 BTS stop away from MBK, Siam Paragon and Siam Discovery. The hotel also offers a free tuk-tuk service to BTS Ratchathewi or MBK. Breakfast at the hotel is a simple buffet spread but the hotel is literally a hop and skip away from some quaint cafes. Th staff were friendly and it was a overall, a lovely stay. Just note that if you stay at Room 416, your verandah and part of your room (if you open your curtains) is visible from the lift area.   The stay was good overall, and the room itself was comfortable. However, soundproofing needs improvement, as noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was very noticeable. Doors closing nearby were especially loud and could be heard clearly throughout the stay.

  It was very hard to fall asleep here. Our room was on the second floor facing the street, and there was zero soundproofing. I could hear everything: cars passing, bikers, and people talking outside. It felt like a punishment for not paying more for a garden-view room. Because of the noise, I couldn't fall asleep until 1:00 or 2:00 AM. ​Expectations vs. Reality I had high expectations because of the 4-star rating and the photos on Google. However, the pictures are misleading. They were taken with bright lights and blur to make the hotel look much nicer than it really is. In reality, the hotel is much simpler. Also, the pillows were very high and uncomfortable; I had to sleep without them to avoid hurting my neck. The cleanliness was only "okay." It was not super clean because there were spots on the walls and the bathroom floor drain was dirty. After this hotel i stayed in a real 4 star hotel and paid only 25 euros, the experience was much better and on a completely different level. On a positive note, the staff were very polite and helpful. And thai phad on breakfast was very delicious. I think hotels should be more honest with their photos so guests are not disappointed.
