Viva Garden Serviced Residence

This is a nice service apartment, the breakfast was okay, not a lot of options. The staffs here are very friendly. I couldn’t get the room on time, but then they offer me a room upgrade. I also had lunch here. Taste very good, I enjoy they spaghetti. The room is not the best, just not very comfy. The gym and the pool is nice, close to BTS, and lots of street food around which I love.

This is the absolute best place to stay. The staff are all top tier, and they treated my family with great care. Room service makes you want to stay in and the chef is of the highest caliber. Try the entire menu, we did, with no disappointments. The shower was excellent with the best water pressure. Beds were the most comfortable of all we've slept in during our 3 months travel. The tvs are huge, at least 50 inch, and they had several channels in English. The pool was clean and very inviting, with a large grassy area next to it. Fitness center had all you need and more. To top it off the full wrap around patio and wall to wall windows made your room very open with an outstanding view. The location couldn't be better as it was just feet away from the BTS and walking distance to many malls and other shopping. We only stayed a week but the staff made us feel like family. Oh. Don't forget breakfast, so delicious and again the staff are top notch there too.

The amenities and cleanliness of the room is on very high level. Breakfast has a form of buffet and there is really big variety of food. Be aware of additional fee that you are going to be charged when ordering something from the hotel restaurant (+10% service and from the new total price, another 7% of Vat). What is really annoying, in general, being in Thailand is the low language level of people when it comes to speaking English. Having in mind we are in the capital and it's four stars hotel, I would expect some more effort from the personnel. Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with them. Anyway, they were always very warm and nice. Worth to recommend.
