W Bangkok

I stayed three nights at the W Bangkok and overall had a very good stay. The room was comfortable and well designed, with a reasonable size, although not particularly large. One aspect to be aware of, which is quite typical for W hotels and more a matter of personal preference, is that the bathroom is almost completely open. There is no real door between the bedroom and the bathroom area, only a curtain, so privacy is quite limited. Even the toilet is separated only by a glass door. Breakfast was excellent, with a very large buffet offering a wide selection of both local Thai dishes and international options. The gym is surprisingly small considering the size of the hotel and can get quite crowded at peak times, although the machines are very new and well maintained. There is also a nice pool area. It feels more like a stylish place to relax rather than a pool meant for proper lap swimming, but it’s still a pleasant space. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful during the stay. The location is very convenient. The hotel is directly connected to one BTS station and another one is within walking distance, which is extremely useful since traffic in this part of Bangkok can get quite intense. A nice additional plus is that the Nobu restaurant is located right next door, so you can easily walk there for dinner. Overall, a stylish and well-located hotel that works very well as a base for exploring Bangkok.

Visited the hotel last year. One of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing room, fantastic design and amenities with a gorgeous view. Impeccable service, the staff was great. Felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Location is great, close to public transport as well. The bar was great as well. Would absolutely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at the W Hotel and truly enjoyed every aspect of the experience. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The facilities were excellent - the spa was a real highlight, offering a calm and rejuvenating escape, and the gym was very well equipped with everything needed for a proper workout. It’s clear the hotel pays attention to both comfort and quality. We had breakfast here every day during our stay, and it was always a wonderful experience. Dodo is an exceptional member of the team - attentive, efficient, and incredibly warm. They consistently made the effort to ensure guests were well taken care of, promptly clearing plates and keeping everything tidy without ever being intrusive. Their personable and friendly nature truly stood out and made our mornings extra special. We’ll definitely miss Dodo! Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we would absolutely return.
