A 7-Eleven and a small bakery are a few minutes away on foot. One family found some sights too far to walk, and used the Grab app for short trips. Ask about late checkout when you book, as one guest was offered 1 pm.

Super happy with Walton Suites as it's well located, just minutes walk away from 7-11, and a very cute bakery with super yummy egg tarts and shiopan. We requested for a baby cot and it did not disappoint, it was both a playpen and a cot! Good for our baby to explore independently and sleep too. They also provided additional blankets which we used as a makeshift playmat in the living area so our baby can crawl on the ground too! The kitchen's pots and bowls were perfectly clean and ready for us to cook our baby meals. Receptionist was also super kind and knew we arrived late and quickly sent my husband up to let our baby rest as I settled the check-in when we arrived. Overall superbly happy and will 100% recommend!

This hotel has a great location, very easy accessible and the rooms are not a scam they are comfortable and easy for long stay in Bangkok. Plus they have a full functioning washing machine which I didn’t expect. I asked for a late checkout and it only means till 1pm, however any other hotel I’ve been to it’s until 2 or 3pm. That’s fine, but they did lock me out of my room when I specifically asked to have a late checkout. The reception was very quick to fix the issue and didn’t waste my time. P.s: you do need to leave a 2000 baht deposit for each room which in my online booking it was no mention of that.

We stayed 2 nights, the staff are so incredibly kind and helpful. The rooftop pool is so clean and the amenities surrounding are fantastic. Rooms are very clean and modern. We travelled with our 5 year old, was a bit too far to walk to some hot spots, but using the Grab app was cheap and convenient. Would 100% recommend the Walton Suites in Bangkok!

UPDATE: After posting my initial feedback, the Guest Experience Manager reached out. The team handled the situation with great sincerity, swift action, and professional accountability. I appreciate their quick response to resolve the matters before my check-out and sincerely hope management uses this to improve their internal standards moving forward. Original Stay Experience - I booked for a week stay here specifically for medical tourism to recover from a surgery nearby, but the experience was highly disappointing and stressful for a recovering patient. As a frequent visitor who has stayed in over 70 Bangkok hotels, the rigid service culture here was very unusual. Can be better Room & Facilities: The interior seems a bit run-down with wallpaper tearing and worn flooring. The amenities (hairdryer and vanity kits) are sub-par. Worse, the AC control is broken (either freezing at 23°C or completely off at 24°C), the shower temperature fluctuates wildly. Loud water-rushing sounds also emit from the ceiling. overall room is spacious. Disruptive Noise: Unannounced, loud renovation drilling occurred late at night (after 10:00 PM) and early morning (8:00 AM), making post-surgery rest entirely impossible. ( So unlucky) Severe Security Issue - At 1:18 PM on August 21st, an unauthorized staff member unlocked and walked straight into my occupied room unannounced. This was a massive violation of privacy. Location Note: The road outside suffers from severe traffic gridlock every afternoon until 8:00 PM, making transport highly difficult. There is a japanese udon restaurant served really nice food, name Gaga Udon. The front-line staff (like the doormen, security and house keeping) are genuinely friendly and eager to help, but the management policies need massive improvement. I hope they take this constructive feedback seriously for future medical tourists.
