The venue was clean and the staffs were very professional. I brought my pomeranian. Needless to say he was ecstatic. I went into the pool with him along side Mr. Ong (the staff) which was very helpful in guiding me on how to see if my buddy was getting tired. They also sell doggy ice cream which is nice in bangkok heat. Great place will come again.

The staff gave very frequent updates and sent pictures. Our dog was really happy here and loved playing with the staff and the other dogs. It was her first dog hotel experience. She is a 6month old black lab.
