The Matcha powder goes very well with the kuromitsu, which gets absorbed thoroughly into the mochi; giving it rich and sweet taste. The mochi is very big and has a very soft yet chewy texture. The only flaw I have would be that it is quite pricey, however this shop is a must try for warabi mochi lover

Main ingredient: Bracken starch (called warabiko) is the primary ingredient, giving it a soft, melt-in-your-mouth quality unlike traditional mochi made from glutinous rice
