Very good location we moved in 2 months ago with the kids and love it. This was the Sunset view from the Sky Lounge a few days ago. Next to us the True Digital Park which makes the place very convenient for families to stay without needing the car.

Ive been at Whizdom Essence for a few weeks now and Im quite happy with my decision to move in here. The view from my unit is incredible and there are a ton of food options just across a tiny street at True Digital. This condo is far enough from central Bangkok to be rather quiet, but only a 10 minute BTS ride to Thonglor. They also offer a complimentary breakfast snack/drink on weekdays for the residents. Amazing 👏

Nice and safe place. Security Officers are friendly and helpful 👍 True Digital Park Mall with great restaurants and shops is just across the small street. Within walking distance to Punnawithi BTS station with sheltered walkway.

Negative Reviews
Cons: Endless maintenance issues, no plans on fixing earthquake-related damages “still waiting for insurance”, which includes no access to pool, golf room non-functional, many parking garage spots blocked off for repairs for many months, sauna broken frequently, people setting up shop in co-working area like it’s their home office and gets rude if you take “their” spot one day by going earlier than them, four elevators but feels like o my one work at a time, smelly and unclean gym… Pros: Adjacent to True Digital Park and 800m to Punawithi BTS station. Not worth your money. Many other nicer places for the same or lower rent.
