On December 29, 2025, at approximately 5:55 PM, I asked the price of roses at the shop. The first time I asked, the answer was normal. The second time I asked, the employee at the front counter yelled at me, saying that this particular rose wasn't for sale, that it was a pre-order. (I only asked how much that particular rose cost.) And there was no sign indicating that it was a reserved set, and it was displayed next to the regular sets for sale. I didn't know. 🙂 I was very upset and it ruined my shopping experience. The flowers at the shop are beautiful and varied, I really like them. But with this review, I hope there will be some training for the staff. I was very disappointed.

I've pinned this as my go-to shop. I've been to Pak Khlong and saw this shop's wide selection of both Thai and international flowers at great prices, so this time I ordered through the shop's Line app to fit my budget. I received beautiful tulips and arranged them into a very chic bouquet. If you're looking for beautiful flowers, you can message me to order and have them picked up via Grab. Including the cost of flowers, arrangement, and delivery depending on the distance, this bouquet is only 1,000 baht. Great price and beautiful! This was my first time buying flowers from this shop, and it taught me a lesson: before paying a florist, I should have inquired about their refund policy in detail, even more so than when choosing the flowers themselves. I paid an additional 500 baht for the bouquet arrangement, but then was immediately informed that the order was cancelled before the shop had even started arranging it. I thought it would be an easily resolved issue, but what was even more memorable was the owner's lengthy and dismissive attempts to resolve the problem. They deflected the issue, delegating the responsibility to staff, and leaving an unauthorized employee to handle the situation. I was left to stand and wait, hoping someone would take responsibility for this simple matter. 500 baht may not be a large sum, but it clearly reflects the shop's lack of service standards, sincerity, and maturity in handling problems. I hope the shop will prioritize transparency, communication, and responsibility towards customers in the future. For other customers, I recommend inquiring about all terms and conditions clearly before paying to avoid such a "memorable" experience.
