Nice pool area, quiet library, great service with English speaking staff. Residents are mostly young people and very polite. Superb location with plenty places nearby to explore and 5 min walk to BTS.

Good location. Fairly priced. Staff ok, security very friendly, so are the maids. Family Mart and 7-11 within 100-150m. 2 major Thai bank branches just outside of the building. Walking distance to W District and BTS. Go for it!

The condo per se is good, the swimming pool is amazing, the position is good but could be better. But the worst problem is the noise. You hear 24/7 the noise from outside: cars, motorbikes, BTS. I haven’t had a decent sleep ever since I came here. So please invest some money to make at least the apartments on the BTS side soundproof, because it is driving me to madness. If it wasn’t for the deposit I would have already left this place.

The place looks good but it is a bit far from the main Sukhumvit area! Great for people who are just looking to relax in the Bangkok city! The metro station is also nearby
