Yello Rooms Hotel Victory Monument

One thing I was not satisfied with was the inconsistent water temperature. We requested an iron at night but did not receive one, and had to ask again the next morning. No toiletries were provided either. We had to ask too. The location is convenient for walking, about 10 minutes to one 7-Eleven and around 20 minutes to another. However, Grab car pickup was less convenient, as we had to go to the other side of the building. I appreciated the nice touch of the large window and the in-room amenities, including a fridge, water bottles, tea, kettle, hairdryer, and TV. The place was quiet, and I didn’t encounter other guests during my stay, though in the morning I could hear doors slamming. And they also didn’t have lift, had to walk up the stairs of 4 level.

Let me start with the good... the location was perfect for my needs. Also the staff are very friendly. Now for the not so good. They have very limited parking and its not easy to access. There is no elevator and our room was on the 4th floor. There was no hot water during our stay and the room is small. The bathroom does not drain efficiently and the floor around the toilet stayed wet the entire time. All things considered the price is far too high and its not a good value so I can not recommend.
