About
A sprawling wholesale flower market near the Chao Phraya, where vendors stack mountains of marigolds and jasmine. Food stalls dot the lanes, and it's a short walk to a Wat Arun sunset viewpoint — real Bangkok, far from the tourist script.

Yodpiman Flower Market is not a touristy place at all. As you walk through it, you can clearly see that it’s a real, working market where locals handle the flower trade for Bangkok. This is where many of the floral crowns, temple offerings, and decorations are prepared before being seen fully assembled in temples. It’s a beautiful place to walk around, with massive volumes of flowers and an explosion of colors everywhere. It’s also a very interesting visit with children, who usually enjoy seeing how everything is made and the scale of the market. While the area is not ideal if you’re looking for Western-style food, it’s still a great walk and a very authentic experience.
