In visiting Thailand, I never expected to encounter someone with such an appallingly poor attitude. I came to the store to make a purchase, and while shopping, I approached an associate for assistance. She completely ignored me, told me to “wait,” and then rudely walked away and never returned. Her name is May S. It genuinely felt as if I did not exist. I am outraged by her disrespect, unprofessionalism, and the absolute lack of basic customer service. When I later approached her about the situation, she pretended nothing had happened and acted confused, which only made the experience worse. She did not offer to call a manager; instead she asked another associate—though I’m not even sure if that person was a manager, and quite honestly, I highly doubt it. Although I voiced my complaint, it genuinely felt like it went unheard. I am deeply disappointed and shocked by her behavior, especially as a loyal and honest customer. I shop at Zara frequently and have never experienced anything like this. Please address this matter appropriately. Thank you.

Extremely rude cashier girl. Very cold service. No smiles at all. I couldn't understand her English and said sorry for her to repeat herself. She looked annoyed for some reason. I am a paying customer for god's sake. What an attitude. Highly unprofessional. Management should fire employees like that. Service is everything.
