A deeply disappointing experience—proceed with caution. I engaged this American tax advisor expecting professionalism and expertise. Instead, I was met with carelessness at the highest cost. My tax filing was delegated to an unqualified junior staff member with clearly insufficient knowledge, resulting in a miscalculation of over $300,000 (USD!!!!). Even more concerning, there was no follow-up, no accountability, not even a courtesy call to acknowledge the error. This was not a minor oversight—it was a fundamental failure in both competence and professional ethics. Work was submitted unchecked, and the advisor showed a stunning lack of quality control or responsibility. If you value accuracy, diligence, and accountability, I urge you to look elsewhere. Time is too precious to be wasted on a firm that doesn’t even meet the most basic standards of quality.
